Shipping and handling anywhere in the USA and Canada includes $100 insurance coverage. Additional insurance coverage maybe purchased for $1.50 per $100. Packages are shipped by expidited mail or UPS.
Most items shipped within 10-14 business days after payment clearing. During busy season, such as Christmas and Valentines items may take longer to ship.
PRODUCT AVAILABILTY AND PRICING
Infrequently, data and pricing may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification to the site. If this does happen, we will notify you personally as soon as this is noted, so that we can help you find another item.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 5 days after receiving the item.
If the Purchaser is unsatisfied for any reason, Purchaser may return the item for a full refund within 5 calendar days after receiving the item, determined by the first delivery attempt. The refund period starts on the first day of attempted delivery of the item to the delivery address. All items must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made. Shipping charges are not refundable. Certification and labor costs are also non-refundable.
Purchaser agrees that this Agreement will, for all purposes, be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevada as applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising out of this Agreement may be addressed by binding arbitration at Witt's Wires sole discretion. Purchaser agrees that in the absence of arbitration, any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state court in Nevada, and that Purchaser irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If allowed by law, all parties using the site or purchasing products from Witt's Wires agree not to bring any legal action on any legal theory against Witt's Wires more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice except for actions arising out of longer warranties offered by Witt's Wires.
